This is the original problem from an employee...
I am a receptionist for my company and I am harassed (bullied) over the telephone by constant interrupting phone calls from an employees wife. This has been on going for over 5 months and I have been keeping a log of the times and comments from the caller for the past 3 months. However, although I know most of the harassing calls are ring twice and hang up, and therefore, classified as "Unidentified", I know 75% of the Unidentified calls are the employees' wife because there is a clear and repetitive pattern shown by the log.

My boss knows she is a problem, has acknowledged she is a problem to me, however nothing is being done. No caller i.d., and no discussions with the employee about his wife. Any suggestions?
