I am a driver in a trucking company, I feel I am being discriminated against, i am a happily married man. I have had the following comments and behaviors displayed to me; when I have asked to use the phone it is rudely tossed to me , I am told I stink , I have had comments written on my truck " hassan is gay", i am told I make too much money by fellow employees, they complain that I get too many hours,my truck was dirtied on purpose, my cheque stub contained within an envelope has been opened,
I was to be driven to a different location, a worker was asked to take me- he stated he couldn't because i presumably stank, I've never talked to the guy before.I've talked to the supervisors about it ,written complaints and submitted them to managers and higher ups, I'm still being harrassed.I'm considering a human rights complaint, I've seen this behavior directed at other 'colored ' people |
