This is the original problem from an employee...
I work in a Children's Residence, where we work 3 on & 3 off. Which means staff sleep there 2 nights & go home on the 3rd. we are on the floor sometimes at 6:30 AM, & are often still on after 11 PM.Breaks are often NOT part of day, as we are short staffed, or a crisis is taking place. A certain supervisor who is her 20's,seems to have it in for this writer, who is almost 62.. She often speaks in a condescending manner, and has this "deer in the headlight" look she gives, when I am trying to explain something . She is living "rent-free" in my head, and I need to get her outta there. I just needed to get this out. THANKS

20 something. That says it all. They have no idea what real life is, and most have been so sheltered that this is their first job. Give her time and don't expect much out of her. Try to support the older man if you can.
