This is the original problem from an employee...
1 team member is intimidating and threatening staff and the employers have been advised now 2 team members are on stress leave and the rest of the staff are scared. What can be done?

How can the employers function with a reduced staff? If people are being harassed, they need to confront the situation with the employer. Seems as if the person who is intimidating others and threatening people needs to be put on notice. The harassment laws are very clear on this.

Intimidating and threatening? I would seriously consider contacting the police, if at some point, these people are going to harm anyone. A job is a job, not a way of life.
