Someone is really taking advantage of the system
I work at a school where my supervisor is the brother in law of the co worker i am having problems with. This lady has been playing Bingo at a Bingo hall on time that she is supposed to be at work. She has been doing this for 6 months and at least 2 nights a week. She brings people in after the night shift leaves and they help her do her work. Needless to say she says she is at work for 8 hours and only works maybe 2. My supervisor knows of this because his wife goes and plays bingo with her. I can not go to my supervisor and i can not go to the superintendent because he is buddy buddy with my boss. What can i do?

If everyone is aware of this behavior, and they are ok with it, then maybe you should roll with it. It is hard, but this may not be a boat that rocks easily. Do what you must, and what your heart tells you to, but use your brain.
