After 3 years of working amiably together, my boss has suddenly started taking advantage of my commitment & enthusiasm by making me work extra hard then giving the credit in a very subtle manner to others. Moreover, he no longer acknowledges my contribution to anything before others,in 1-to-1 meetings he does, which makes it all the more difficult you see because I cant confront him on this point now?
Example-he placed the name of another person on top instead of mine on the project report(project is headed by me)prepared single handedly by me, even if it was prepared by some1 else, I being the project head should have been at the top which was the case all these yrs.For the records I m supposed to be extraordinarily efficient & capable in all aspects & neither am I domineering or big mouth-do not go blah blah or show off in meetings which might have miffed the bog boss, in fact I come across as a shy & soft spoken person.
Please help, I am keeping my eyes open for other opportunities but obviously it is not that easy. Thank u in advance. |
