There is definite favoritism with an employee, she is allowed to call in sick anytime without repercussions, take time off and not clock out. Talk on the phone with friends, she is a young female, the boss covers for her poor performance and makes excuses, will even ask us to lie for him if upper management questions this employees behavior. She also touts smoking marijuana during lunch breaks.
I would like to blow the whistle or at least let upper management know what is going on. I would like to anonymously alert them to give a spontaneous drug testing. I am not sure if this is a good idea. Help...advice please.
