I work in a non-profit organization. Business depends on donations from people. The company is "supposed to" sell the donations and provide employment and training to under priveleged people. But the truth is that not all the donations are used for a good cause. Mainly because most employees have access to stealing the donations one way or the other. There are several ways to do so. My real concern is that the management is, or should be aware of the situation, but they are not able or willing to do anything about it. It is also very disturbing to see how far some employees will go to get what they want. That includes bullying co-workers that are not willing to co-operate one way or the other.
I eventually will leave this company, only because it is a very toxic environment both physically and mentally. I just wanted to share this with anyone out there. |
