False claims against supervisors
I don't see anything about false or self-serving claims. What about the employees that like to retaliate with false anonymous hotline complaints that can't be proved and disrupt the organization and supervision staff? Just because an employee makes an anonymous complaint doesn’t make it true and once they see they can create commotion and disrupt what they may think is an “evil” supervision environment, an H/R division can become quickly overwhelmed with frivolous complaints. Who champions the falsely accused supervisor or manager?
