Falsified Termination Documents in order to terminate
Company recently filed an appeal to stop Unemployment benefits when I received there documents I noticed that they had initialized a document as if I had done it to provide to TWC. I had already stated prior to receiving these forms that I never signed any of these documents do to the discrepancies in the documents and the companies so called policy.

Well, i feel like you should go get you a lawyer then if you haven't never seen them papers. Butt if it is your handwriting that is at the bottom of the papers you can't say are do nothing about it.
