I am in a legal dispute with an ex-employer for a workers comp claim. As a retaliation to that claim the company has falsified my employee records to show they fired me for stealing, and the fired me 1 week earlier than my last day of work occurred. They have given false Workers Comp. Insurance phone numbers 3 times, and have lied to the employment department about my employment and the reason for my leaving the job. What legal rights do I have in this matter? By the way I have proof for the last day I worked, by way of a pay stub. |
