I have worked at my place of employment for 17yrs. Because I am known so well and get agitated because I am bullied continuously by other employees who think it's fun to get me to react when I am humiliated by their childish behavior and my manager and supervisor are also involved in this, I have no one to communicate with that I trust to correct this situation. I do the best job I can and try not to go around these employees , then I am treated as being antisocial and not part of the team. I don't enjoy being picked on and bullied and don't retaliate, though I am retaliated against on my pay. This is so humiliating and I pray that those who are involved in all of this bullying will get their just reward 100,000 fold. |
