my supervisor lies about me, has this person spy on me, has favoritism with another employee, this other employee does everything wrong, my supervisor has threatened to fire me, does not allow me to do my work, states i have no training, really put me down. I have worked 10 years with the praise of the president and vice president of the company. She somehow has the vice president against me, now she can not stand me, my supervisor has the reputation that she is no. one and it is her way or the highway, I'm so very stress, I'm currently looking for a job, she is very unfair, she currently having a fling with the head contractor, and he comes in my office thinking he can say and do as he pleases, i can not enforce rules. Oh wow i can go on, but the truth be said there is no help for me but to look for another job. you know I'm a hard worker ,i never took sick time had more that seven weeks of vacation, now i took all my sick time and taking vacation and i now have very high blood pressure. |
