Employment in the U.S. is in a desperate situation. Employees have no protection, leverage, or venues to address greviences with management. I don't accept the line "you outta be glad you're employed." This sidesteps the issue and doesn't address it. If a coropration is acting unethically toward the employee base, it must be addressed and resisted. I would hope "AnonymousEmployee" would consider sponsoring company specific forums so employees could anonymously address issues in a proxy fashion with each other. It seems to me the only way of getting employees together who would otherwise have no means of doing so. Please consider this request. |
