This is the original problem from an employee...
Have been working with present company for 3.5 yrs. Transitioned into a new role 4 months back. Doing the work of 3 at the new department. Handover from predecessors done in 4-7 days. Organization went through massive change - no line manager yet.

Had anxiety attack & collapsed at work. seeking medical & psychiatric help for last 3 weeks. on medical leave from work.

married man with kids. can't get over last 4 months of bad experience - still not recovering.

want to move into another role but how to go about this in the current situation?

Just move on. Simple.

Also, learn the skills needed to cope better. I don't do the job of three people (I used to), but I learned to push back and not be the target of bullying. There are human limits in life, and you found yours.
