This is the original problem from an employee...
I've been working at a hotel for over 2 years, and we just hired a new hotel manager about 2 months ago. He always makes sexual comments to the ladies that work the front desk. But no one is around to hear. He also looks at the way we dress.. Like in a sick was as if he was going to do something.. I am a head housekeeper and I also get rude comments not about me, but disturbing comments he says. I don't know what to do as I hear so many complaints about it. But I have just been promoted. I am scared that if I say something to the hire bosses or even the owner they will fire me. The hotel manager is an alcoholic and so is higher bosses.. And the front desk ladies, myself and also some of the housekeepers are afraid or losing our jobs. We don't know what to do as we individuals only hear it at one time. How can we stop this or get him out of here...

This is a hard one. Try using a baby cam, or get the ladies to write their information in a report. When you have at least three or four concerns recorded/written take it to the CEO of the hotel. Go over everybody's head go to the very top, I am sure you could do a lot of damage to a hotel if given a bad reputation. Perhaps while you are gathering information also get a letter of recommendation. Just tell the person you are getting the letter from it is for your records which is truthful and ensure it is from a person that matters. I hope you will do well.

I was sexually harassed on my job. I was depressed and ended up on anti-depressants. This is a great way to deal with your emotions. (1) Make a video, tell your story of the harassment (2) Expose the perpetrator in detail (3) Express anger on the video, (4) Post video and invite people to share in your victory. Fighting back is victory! Go to my video if you like, type in Clayton County Sexual Harassment. Enjoy! This video saved my life.
