This is the original problem from an employee...
Hello, I am a male, 16 years of age. This is hard for me to write so dont laugh.
I work in a cafe that is privately owned, my boss is a homosexual and his partner works at the cafe too.

I was 14 when my boss started to sexually molester me, he would and still does touch my stomach and my arse and would try and put his hands down my pants underneath my underwear, he would and rub my genitals on the outside of my pants.

When I am on break or working him and his partner say some very rude, descriptive, grousome, vulgar things to me about what they did to eachother in the bed and with other guys when they had threesomes. Sometimes they stated what they wished to do to me.

I have never told anyone about it because I am ashamed and embarrassed and I dont want to get fired. If I told my parents, my step dad would probably go to my boss and beat him up, and I dont want that. I also dont want to get him in trouble with the law but if it gets severe I will result to that.

This happens to 2 other staff members who are males aswell but I have the worst of it.

Please help me and give me advice.
Thank you.

If the person who owns the cafe is the molester you can band together w/your other co-workers...and all go to the police, have owner and partner arrested for sexual harassment and assault and then have your parents do a background check on the owner's finances, if owner and partner have money, file a civil lawsuit against both the owner and his partner.

Forget this job and find another. It's not worth your integrity and self-esteem. It isn't good to protect people who violate the law and teenagers. It is not your fault, they are bad people and you shouldn't even think about protecting them. Check out some anonymous groups that can advise you on helping yourself out of this situation. Good luck.

You are not alone, males are molested and stay quiet, but you really can't stay quiet any longer. These are men and you are not of age, additionally the one is your boss, and its 2 against one. This is sexual harrassment and sexual assault of a minor. They are violating the law.

Of course your step-dad may want to physically alter them but that is also illegal and he would not be able to do that but your parents and the police need to know. You can't make the decision to stay quiet by yourself, you have legal guardians- your parents. And it does not matter to this case and is nobodys' business what your own sexual orientation may be and you do not need to answer that question asked by anyone. These things happen to good unsuspecting people and you must learn to stand up and get assistance now it is very difficult only because you are so young but it is in your face now and you learn how to do this now. Be real. You are not alone, you may own that cafe after a lawsuit they justly deserve.
