I've been feeling uncomfortable at work, my boss often rubs my back when I'm speaking to him, he even once put his hands up in my hair, at first I thought it was weird, but let it go because I just thought maybe thats just the sort of person he was....But it seemed to happen often so I just tried to stay away from him...I recently found out other girls were complaining amongst themselves about the same thing, him pulling their pony tails, back rubs or him putting his arm around you...He even told one he missed the last workplace he was at because they hug there. The other day I was kneeling on my knees fixing a display and he came from behind me, stood beside me and put his hand fully over the top of my head, while he spoke to me about what he wanted done with the display, I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't no what to do, I have told others but haven't spoken to the boss above him....Is this sexual harrasment? For once im a little lost for words. |
