How does Anonymous Employee work?

How does Anonymous Employee work? Unlike email which is very easy to track, AnonymousEmployee.com is based on:

  • 128 bit encryption SSL technology
  • PHP source code encryption
  • Secure SQL database
  • Anonymity

The system is driven by employees. An employee registers at AnonymousEmployee.com, with or without identifying themselves, and provides a supervisor (recipient) contact. Their idea or concern is then described. Notification of an intended communication is forwarded to the appropriate contact where they can agree to the terms and conditions and respond to the concern. The process can continue unimpeded until a resolution is reached.

The system allows for negotiation, understanding and escalation where it is required. Employees are able to create multiple tickets and supervisor id's.

How do you stay anonymous? For starters, you do not have to specify your name. Everything that you do specify is stored in our secure database. This differs from emailing. Email is very easy to track. With our system, we are confident in saying that unless you inadvertantly reveal your identity, your recipient will not be able to track your identity from us. Stay smart. Stay anonymous.
