My boss often will scream and swear at me whenever he gets stressed in front of other staff and clients. He already got mad at me and swung to hit me in the face. I spoke to him about this and told him I did not tolerate it. So the physical part never happened again but now it has become verbal he call me stupid and such and now swears at me. Are there any laws in New Brunswick to protect me against this?
