This is the original problem from an employee...
I like where I work. Unfortunajtely, my manager has been bullying me for the past 2 years. I have been there for over 8 years and he has only been there for 3 or 4 years. Unfortunately, I cannot quit because I am the main bread winner. Yesterday was the last straw. I had reported his inappropriate allegations about my work performance to his manager. I felt I cannot take any more of his bullying and trying to control me. I am not sure what to do next. I have not heard anything from his manager about what she is planning to do. I requested a leave of absence that day. I am wondering if I should go see a doctor and get a stress medical leave note.

I'm not sleeping lately for the past month or so. I am always tired. What do you think? Go see the doctor and get a medical stress leave or go back to work and face the music. Or contact his manager. Should I email her the information about bullying at workplace to get her familiar to what I have been going through? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
