Can I get in trouble for knowing that the owners are lying about financials?
If corporate owners are misrepresenting the company financial position and I am aware of it, can I get in trouble?

Is it your job to know these things? If so, possibly yes. If you just stumbled on something, or was told something out of context, possibly not.
If you are a management level accountant, probably so.

Yes you would get in trouble if it was illegal and sometimes even unethical and you knew about it u would get almost as much as what they would. I am studying that right now in my business class.
