what are the basic features of poor supervision in police and administration
I have to deal with administrative issues in police department where staff is in efficient, caste, religion, region and lobby oriented. this is hard to address issues harming the motto of the organization and come to expectations of the society and rule of law simultaneously and that too when seniors are also helpless in supporting the genuine jobs on the excuse of their own postings and adjustments.
