This is the original problem from an employee...
i am working in a coldstore at -20 Celsius temperatures as part of a small team. Since a mew manager has come things have gotten worse for us.
He refuses to employ more staff to cope with the growing workload, bad feelings amongst us have grown and already two of us have already left, but the manager has NOT replaced them adequately, leaving who's left to burden the workload.
AS a result, things at work are piling up and becoming increasingly disorganized, and we're suffering because we are expected to spend too much overtime to get the work done.
i want to leave and work in a job where you just do your hours and go home. I'll even take a job for less pay.

A visitor of this site offers this as a possible solution...
This is very common problem every where in small private companies, but overloading is not the problem, the problem is the employer, just try to fix him and every hting will be fixed !

One way to fix employer is just tell him we are over loaded and tired mentally and thus can not do what we are supposed to do better ! please hire a helper !

Another way is tell them all over the world there is standard time for office, usually 8 hours full time, tell him to fix a time for us too ! and persist on this issue untill you get someting or you are fired !

Thanks
