i am working in a coldstore at -20 Celsius temperatures as part of a small team. Since a mew manager has come things have gotten worse for us.
He refuses to employ more staff to cope with the growing workload, bad feelings amongst us have grown and already two of us have already left, but the manager has NOT replaced them adequately, leaving who's left to burden the workload.
AS a result, things at work are piling up and becoming increasingly disorganized, and we're suffering because we are expected to spend too much overtime to get the work done.
i want to leave and work in a job where you just do your hours and go home. I'll even take a job for less pay. |
