I have an employee with hygiene issues. First, she has an odor about her and after talking to her, she claims it's a medical condition.
Our second problem is the biggest one. We only have one ladies room for our small office. After nearly use, she leaves a "streak" on the toilet. She has been talked to about this on a couple of occasions and she seems to not worry so much about why she's being reprimanded, but if she will be fired or not. I don't know what to do with her. |
