I have been employed by this company for sometime. There is clearly a case of too many people who think they are the boss. Anyway, about a month and a half ago I discovered my boss was downloading and sharing porn on the office computer. I couldn't believe it. I showed 2 of the other girls that work with me and we are not sure what to do. It bothers us, but we like our boss and don't want to see him fired. I did mention to a supervisor that someone was downloading porn in the office (shared computer) and they need to stop. It still hasn't. I don't know what to do. It seems like it is always there when I go on the computer and it makes me sick. The real problem is if we go over his head, we could end up getting fired too. There are a bunch of men that are really close that run this business and they just fire anybody, any time. They don't care. |
