The head chef screams at me for no reason and makes me cry.
I am a server at a restaurant and have had a chef scream at me for touching a piece of paper in his kitchen and tell me to never come into his kitchen again. I was crying and was still having to serve tables and feel unsafe and uncomfortable to work with him. My manager says she will handle this and has had a talk with him but he has done this to two other servers before ( i have only been there 2 months) and nothing really seems to get done. What can I expect from my manager? I am unable to perform at work with him and as a server i have to talk with him at times.
